Parents/guardians are invited to free virtual information session on youth vaping

GUELPH, ON – In partnership with the Upper Grand District School Board and Wellington Catholic District School Board, Wellington Dufferin Guelph (WDG) Public Health is inviting parents and guardians to attend a free virtual information session about youth vaping.

On January 24, 2024, WDG Public Health’s Associate Medical Officer of Health, Dr. Matthew Tenenbaum, will be sharing valuable insights about the impact of vaping on youth.

According to the WDG Public Health website, “Youth vaping is on the rise in WDG and there are increasing concerns over the legalization of vaping products containing nicotine.”
