Kylee, a grade 12 student at Erin District High School, received the Ontario Medal for Young Volunteers on Monday, April 6, 2015.

With well over 1,000 hours of community service accumulated, Kylee puts to shame the myth that there’s nothing for youth to do in Erin. Kylee spends a lot of her time helping out at many local events and programs.

She was presented her medal by The Honourable Elizabeth Dowdeswell, Lieutenant Governor of Ontario. Also attending the ceremony was Michael Chan, Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and International Trade.
