Fire alarm at John F. Ross CVI – June 19, 2019

GUELPH, Ontario – On June 19 at approximately 9:15 a.m., a fire alarm at John F. Ross CVI triggered an emergency response protocol at the school.

John F. Ross CVI students were evacuated from the school to their designated evacuation site.

Guelph Police and Fire responded to the scene and determined that no fire or threat were found at the school.

Students returned to the school at approximately 10:30 a.m., exams have recommenced.
