Taylor Evans PS hosts future pathways event for students and families

GUELPH, Ontario – Taylor Evans Public School hosted an information evening for Grade 7 and 8 parents and students around possible future pathways. Students and families from Gateway Drive Public School, Mitchell Woods Public School, and Taylor Evans PS took part in the career information night. The focus of the evening provided information on various programs that are available at the secondary school level.
The presentations included information about:
- My Blueprint Education Planner
- Specialist High Skills Major (SHSM) Program
- Ontario Youth Apprenticeship Program (OYAP)
- High School Dual Credit Program
- Co-operative Education Program
- Tech Education
The evening concluded with a presentation about Guelph Collegiate Vocational Institute and College Heights Secondary School.
