TORONTO, ON – On May 6 and 7, hundreds of students from across the province gathered at the Toronto Congress Centre for the 2024 Skills Ontario competition.

East Garafraxa Public School placed third in grade 4-6 Vex Robotics. Palmerston Public School also placed fifth in the grade 7/8 Tech Design competition*.

Also happening at the Toronto Congress Centre this week was the secondary Skills Ontario Competition.

Wil from John F. Ross CVI will be advancing to the National Skills competition in Quebec City at the end of May.

Congratulations to all UG students who won medals and competed in the competition. And thank you coaches!

*Note: These results are preliminary and will be confirmed by Skills Ontario later this month.
