UGDSB’s Ontario Youth Apprenticeship Coordinator Joanne Harris said, “A special congratulations to Mark R, Landon H, and Rachel D for competing at the Skills Canada National Competition in Winnipeg over the past week. Not only did they compete, but they all brought home Gold in their respective competitions! Their dedication, hard work, and skills have brought them to this remarkable stage, and they should be immensely proud of their achievements. Through their participation, they have showcased the true essence of perseverance, creativity, and excellence. A big shout out to both Teacher Coaches as well. I travelled to Winnipeg with both Jenny Ritter and Eric Greig from CWDHS and it was so great to see all of their hard work pay off.”
