Dear UGDSB staff, students, and families,

Welcome to the 2023-2024 school year!

It is our hope that everyone had some time during the summer break to refresh and reconnect with hobbies, interests and loved ones.

As we get ready to begin a new school year, we are excited to continue our work on the UGDSB Multi-Year Plan and Vision 2026!

With each day of continued learning through the classroom, outdoor learning, and staff professional development, we strive to grow closer to our vision of being recognized as leaders in creating unparalleled, agile, and inclusive learning experiences for all.

This year let’s work together as a community to achieve our common goals for all students and continue to inspire each other as innovators and community leaders.

We would like to welcome back all Upper Grand students and staff. We also want to extend a welcome to the students, families and staff who are new to our board. It is our expectation that you feel safe, valued, and achieve a sense of belonging as you ‘find your path’ with the Upper Grand.
