UGDSB continues to plan for restart of Community Use of Schools program

The board is currently working through the process of safely re-introducing permits for Community Use of Schools and we anticipate having further information available by the end of the month. The UGDSB supports the use of school/board facilities by community members and we look forward to being in the position to once again offer spaces this fall.

Supports for staff and students following horrific violence targeting Muslim community

The Upper Grand District School Board would like to extend our deepest sympathies to the Muslim community following the horrific violence in London, Ontario, which killed four family members and sent another family member to hospital with serious injuries. Officials are reporting that this is an apparent hate crime and that the victims were targeted because of their Muslim faith.
