Approval process for third-party use of the UGDSB logo

Partnerships and collaborative relationships are an integral part of UGDSB’s work. The use of the board logo in any partnership-related material reflects UGDSB’s participation in the partnership and the implicit endorsement of its messages. 

Third-party use of UGDSB branding and logo must be approved by the Executive Committee. Approval must be granted prior to any third-party use of the UGDSB brand/logo. 

To request approval:

• Third-party representatives must submit an application form, found on the UGDSB website (see below).
• Requests must be submitted at least 3 weeks prior to the desired usage start date. 

If approval is granted:

• Approval may include requirements around the scope of the use granted.
• Approval of use is limited to a specific application and timeline.

Third parties who are granted approval must follow the Brand Kit Guidelines for External Entities.
