It is Bullying Awareness and Prevention Week – Here’s how you can educate yourself and your child/ren
November 19 to 25, 2023 is Bullying Awareness and Prevention Week. Each year, Ontario designates the week beginning on the third Sunday of November as Bullying Awareness and Prevention Week (BAPW) to help promote safe schools and a positive learning environment.

November 5-11 is Treaties Recognition Week
Treaties Recognition Week is November 5-11, 2023. This year the Upper Grand District School Board is encouraging educators, parents, guardians and students to learn about their local treaty partner, what it means to be a good treaty person and to deepen their learning by considering how they might commit to everyday actions that fulfill their roles and responsibilities as a treaty person throughout their lives.
