At the November 28, 2023, Board meeting, four (4) policies were released for public consultation. All policy pages can be accessed on the website (www.ugdsb.on.ca/board/policy) or by using the links below. Feedback is welcome until January 12, 2024.

Policy Feedback Opportunities

• Policy 216 – Communications (New)
• Policy 322 – Safe Operation of Schools and Board Sites (New)
• Policy 520 – Continuity of Learning (New)
• Policy 709 – School Generated Funds (New number)

You are invited to review the policy drafts and submit online feedback at www.ugdsb.ca/board/policy.  The deadline for public input is January 12, 2024 at 4 pm EST. Persons without internet access may call 519-822-4420 (or toll-free 1-800-321-4025) ext. 544 to request a printed copy of the draft documents.
