The Upper Grand District School Board (UGDSB) believes in developing strong and positive relationships with students, parents/guardians and the community. Governed by the Education Act of Ontario and board policies, the UGDSB is committed to addressing questions, feedback, and concerns in a fair, respectful, and timely manner, and at the closest level to the issue.

For school-related matters, the first step is to contact your child’s teacher or school.

The Student and Family Support Office helps UGDSB families navigate questions or concerns related to their child’s education, especially when an issue is complex or cannot be resolved at the school level.

If you have a question that is not school-based and need information or support, the Student and Family Support Office can help connect you with the right department or service. This may include support related to Continuing Education, Community Use of Schools and Facilities Permits, Transcripts, Student Transportation, and other board-level matters.
