Policy 311 Disposal of Board Property

Policy Statement

It is the policy of the Upper Grand District School Board to sell, lease, or otherwise dispose of real property that is not required for board purposes, in accordance with applicable legislation and regulations governing such disposals. Disposition may be discretionary or mandatory, in accordance with Ontario Regulation 374/23:  Acquisition and Disposition of Real Property or Ontario Regulation 102/25: Disposal of Real Property Under Subsection 194 (6) of the Act.
