At the February 24, 2026, UGDSB Board Meeting, the following updated policy was approved:

• Policy 518 - Supporting Students with Serious and Life-Threatening Medical Conditions (new name)

The following policies were released for public consultation:

• Policy 302 - Purchasing

• Policy 324 - Data Governance and Security (new)

• Policy 413 - Safety (Behaviour Prevention and Intervention)

• Policy 517 - Service Animals for Students
