Brisbane PS holds second annual Plastic Bag Grab challenge

In June 2017, Brisbane Public School held its second annual Plastic Bag Grab challenge.

In Canada, more than one billion plastic bags are handed out each year. By participating in the challenge, Canadian students learn to reduce, reuse and recycle by collecting used plastic bags for recycling.

GCVI hosts Youth4Music Symposium for UGDSB students

On May 24, Guelph Collegiate Vocational Institute hosted a Youth4Music Leadership Symposium. This symposium marked the first of its kind in Guelph and saw many Upper Grand District School Board students of all ages in attendance.
